Al-Mizaab (Water Drain on the KA’BAH’S Roof Gutter)

This gutter is on the roof of the Ka’bah from the northern angle. It is opened to the Hijr of Ismaa’eel (peace be upon him). It is made there to drain the water that falls on the roof of the Ka’bah during rainfall or while washing it.

At presently golden roof gutter approximately two meters long replaced by King Fahd in the year of 1417AH.
