At the outset, kindly forgive me for writing to you so many days after the pilgrimage was over.  It was mainly due o my surgery on return and subsequent convalescence at home. I am alright now a feeling fine.

I had thought of penning a few lines to you to convey our heart-felt gratitude for enabling us to undergo the once-in-lifetime experience of our Pilgrimage.

We were totally impressed with the very conduct of the whole tour you and your team managed so well. We all felt very comfortable and informed thoughtout the period. Your company showed an excellent sense of professionalism and shills of management that is par-excellence. Kindly accept our heartiest congratulations.

It is not always that your Hajis fall very sick during the pilgrimage, But, when I was afflicted with a number of ailments (Heart attack,  Acute Bronchitis and Severe Arthritics, all at the same time), you and your team (your son Sameer, Khader bhai and Hafiz Shah Jehan Sab) did everything within your powers to get me to satisfy and excellent medical facilities. I am ever grateful to all of you for this kind gesture Jazakallah.

Basheer Bhai, you and your team will always find a place in our prayers. May allah bless you all with Great Health and Happiness in Life. Aameen.
